Since the pandemic, more states have allocated funds for homeschooling. The link above will allow you to check if your state has these funds for a private education available. This marketing tool will be useful to you in establishing your student base. Once in the program, you will be able to access to your own back office through the FMS Vortex system. There you will see your own Zoom link and training “To Set up your YouTube channel”.

Once you have set up your YouTube Channel, introduce yourself and indicate the grade levels and subjects you will teach. Briefly elaborate on your teaching style and the techniques you will use when teaching those subjects. We require good, quality educators that are engaging, distinct, and enthusiastic. Your ability to appeal to potential students or parents determines your pay. The more attractive and appealing you are in presenting yourself as a teacher, the greater your potential earnings.

We will support our teachers through branding our and increased EXPOSURE. This would drive students directly to them, and they would receive increased compensation.

Online Teaching Pay Structure

As an Independent Contractor, you will have the opportunity to build an exceptional salary by establishing your own bottom line. You can make as much money as your time and ability permit. The only thing limiting your success is your ability to attract students to your YouTube platform. The maximum class size is 500 students. You can teach as many grades and subjects as your qualifications allow.

With our FMS vortex platform, you will also gain access to other marketing programs. By accessing the teaching platform and promoting it to friends, family and others, you can not only advertise yourself, but also gain access to other inside programs. The choice is yours! Our vortex platform will give you access to other programs to market. It is up to you!!! As an independent contractor, your earnings potential is unlimited.

Money, Money, and More Money – Here’s the Rules

Pay structure:

• One student attends an online class, $.50 will be paid to the teacher’s wallet.
• 100 students attend one online class, $50 is paid to your wallet.
• 500 students attend one online class, $250 is paid to your wallet (maximum students allowed per class).

The maximum number of students allowed in any class session is 500 students. If you exceed this number, the additional students will move into another class session.

• Grades 1 through 8 may attend up to 5 classes per day.
• Grades 9 through 12 may attend up to 6 classes per day.

You are paid through the FMS vortex system. Your Zoom classroom fees are covered as part of your registration. We will provide training on YouTube and instruction on the curriculum material.

You can make more money by promoting the goods and services offered in this program on the FMS vortex platform. You have the potential to build a huge customer base not only in the United States, but also throughout the world, as well as partnerships and teams.

• You need a four-year degree in teaching.
• Applicants must have teaching experience and we encourage college graduates and retired teachers to apply.

• You will become a member of the FMS Vortex, through DTCA. This is the payment structure we will use.
• Must create a YouTube channel and video to showcase your qualifications and unique teaching style to present yourself to potential students and their families. We will provide instructions and training to assist you.
• As an applicant, you will commit to the success of the program and dedicate your talents to your students.
• Your standard of education exceeds that of the traditional school systems.
